Der Verkauf erfolgt unter Ausschluss jeglicher Gewährleistung für Sachmängel im Zustand “wie besichtigt” (Totalschaden). Das Boot muss vom Käufer am aktuellen Liegeplatz in Düsseldorf übernommen und abtransportiert werden.

Ende März 2026 kam es an Bord zu einem Schwelbrand im Motorraum. Ursache war ein Kurzschluss im Verteilerkasten der steuerbordseitigen Antriebsmaschine, was zu einem unkontrollierten Startvorgang und thermischer Überlastung führte. Das Boot wird daher ausdrücklich als Havarie- bzw. Bastlerobjekt mit wirtschaftlichem Totalschaden verkauft.

Das Boot weist dem Alter entsprechende Gebrauchsspuren auf. Vor dem Schadenereignis wurden geringfügige Haarrisse im GFK sowie ein altersbedingt leicht ausgekreideter Rumpf festgestellt.


- Motorraum & Elektrik: Schwere thermische Beanspruchungen und partielle Schmelzungen an Kunststoffelementen, Schläuchen und elektrischen Leitungen beider Hauptantriebe. Die Schallschutzisolierung unter der Motorraumluke ist angeschmolzen. Die Motorraumluke selbst weist äußere Brandzehrungen auf.
- Steuerbord-Motor: Da die Maschine während der Rauchentwicklung eigenständig lief, wurden Ruß, Verbrennungsgase und Kunststoffpartikel in den Ansaugtrakt gezogen. Ein Defekt am Luftfilter ist dokumentiert. Innere mechanische Schäden (Kurbelwellenlager, Laufbüchsen etc.) sind hochwahrscheinlich.
-Kraftstoffsystem: Eine Treibstoffleitung ist defekt, wodurch Diesel in die Bilge gelangte. Der Kraftstofftank wurde durch die Feuerwehr abgepumpt/entleert.
- Verunreinigungen: Massive Ablagerungen von Brand- und Verbrennungsprodukten. Gravierende Ruß- und Rauchkontamination auf der Badeplattform, im gesamten Achter- und Hauptcockpit sowie auf dem Vorschiff.
-Interieur: Sämtliche Polster, Teppiche und Oberflächen im betroffenen Bereich sind durch Beaufschlagung von Rauch und Ruß stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen.

Erforderliche Instandsetzungsarbeiten (Auszug, ohne Gewähr auf Vollständigkeit):
- Transporteinsatz / Kranen (Ein- und Auswassern)
- Kompletter Aus- und Einbau beider Motoren
- Überprüfung und Remontage der Motor-Einheiten
- Aufwendige Grundreinigung des gesamten Bootes sowie spezifische Reinigung des Motorraums inklusive Neuversiegelung (Topcoat)
- Ausbesserungen am GFK (Deckel/Luke zum Motorraum muss neu laminiert werden)
- Vollständige Erneuerung der Elektrik vom Motorraum bis zum Fahrpult (Kabelbäume)
Anschaffung und Austausch diverser Motoren- und Anbauteile (u.a. Austausch-Kompressor, Zylinderkopfdichtungen, diverse Dichtsätze oben/unten, Ladeverteiler, neuer Kabelbaum, neue Schlauchleitungen und diverse Kunststoffteile)
-Umfassende Reinigungs sowie ggfls. Polsterarbeiten zur Wiederherstellung des Interieurs
usw.

The sale is conducted “as inspected” (total loss) and excludes any warranty for material defects. The buyer is responsible for taking over and transporting the boat from its current mooring in Düsseldorf.

In late March 2026, a smoldering fire occurred in the engine room. The cause was a short circuit in the distribution box of the starboard engine, which led to an uncontrolled starting process and thermal overload. Therefore, the boat is explicitly sold as a casualty/salvage object (“bastlerobjekt”) with an economic total loss.

The boat shows signs of wear and tear consistent with its age. Prior to the incident, minor hairline cracks in the GRP (glass-reinforced plastic) and a slightly chalked hull due to age were noted.

Damage Profile:
- Engine Room & Electrics: Severe thermal stress and partial melting of plastic components, hoses, and electrical wiring on both main engines. The soundproofing insulation under the engine hatch has melted. The engine hatch itself shows external fire charring.
- Starboard Engine: As the engine ran autonomously during the smoke development, soot, combustion gases, and plastic particles were drawn into the intake tract. A defect in the air filter is documented. Internal mechanical damage (crankshaft bearings, cylinder liners, etc.) is highly likely.
- Fuel System: A fuel line is defective, causing diesel to leak into the bilge. The fuel tank was pumped out/emptied by the fire department.
- Contamination: Massive deposits of fire and combustion products. Significant soot and smoke contamination on the bathing platform, throughout the aft and main cockpit, and on the foredeck.
- Interior: All upholstery, carpets, and surfaces in the affected areas are heavily compromised by smoke and soot exposure.

Required Repair Work (Excerpt, no guarantee of completeness):

- Transport operations / craning (hauling and launching)
- Complete removal and installation of both engines
- Inspection and reassembly of the engine units
- Extensive deep cleaning of the entire boat, as well as specific cleaning of the engine room including resealing (topcoat)
GRP repairs (the engine room cover/hatch must be re-laminated)
- Complete renewal of the electrical system from the engine room to the helm (wiring harnesses)
- Acquisition and replacement of various engine and attachment parts (including exchange compressor, cylinder head gaskets, various upper/lower seal kits, charge distributor, new wiring harness, new hose lines, and various plastic parts)
- Comprehensive cleaning and, if necessary, upholstery work to restore the interior
etc.
