She is a very comfortable compact yacht that can take you anywhere. She is insulated and heated. She features a wide range of equipment, including a bow thruster. She was built with a few customizations, notably a composite water tank to avoid corrosion issues that affects aluminium tanks integrated into the hull of most OVNIs. She is in very good condition and turns heads.
Tawfiq was originally delivered in the Netherlands and was mostly used as a day sailer on the IJselmeer –a closed-off freshwater bay– until 2019 when I purchased her. I sailed her for about 5 weeks each year in the English Channel.
